WHOLESALE FOOD MARKET 

The wholesale market was built by reconstructing the facilities of the former road transport company located in the central part of the city at the intersection of the main transport highways and is a one-story building with an area of ​​about 2500 m2 with adjoining two-storied storages and administrative facilities with an area of ​​about 2000 m2 located on hard surface ground of about 50000 m2.

The main building has unified wholesale trade booths grouped by types of products sold, location for retail for farm supermarket, storages both refrigerated and low-temperature for different types of products, business offices, state laboratory, administrative and technical facilities  including locker rooms and showers for tenants’ staff. In the adjoining land lot there are places marked for selling at a car boot grouped by the types of products sold and the carrying capacity of vehicles.

The wholesale food market leases out to entrepreneurs trading,   storage and office  space,  provides necessary tools for measuring the quantity and quality of goods, their transshipment, packaging and trade equipment, and provides security services.

The wholesale market offers food producers a lot of loyalty programs, encourages their trade among themselves and organizes the purchase of their products by large wholesale buyers.
